The RHS is committed to making your visits to our shows, gardens, libraries and other premises as pleasant as possible by providing a warm welcome and the highest standards of customer service. We aim wherever we can to meet your needs and expectations and to ensure that your experience of the RHS is both enjoyable and comfortable.
General information on the physical environment and the services we provide at each garden, show, event and library can be obtained either from this website or from the relevant location. However if you need additional details, or have a specific query relating to a planned visit, please do not hesitate to contact us - we will do whatever we can to help.
Although the gardens and shows are all accessible, in some locations their situation does mean that limited areas can be difficult to access. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause, but we cannot change the inherent characteristics of our sites, or the nature of some of our features without altering their horticultural and aesthetic value. However, we have made every effort to provide alternative means of enjoying these areas and are happy to help you plan your day.
We welcome your comments and suggestions regarding accessibility; please e-mail membership@rhs.org.uk, write to our gardens or contact the Membership Department, Royal Horticultural Society, 80 Vincent Square, London, SW1P 2PE.
